Covid Policy
A warm welcome to our guests. Your health and safety, and that of our staff is our top priority.
From December 3, guests aged 12 and over must be fully vaccinated to enter our facility.
On arrival we will expect to sight "Your Vaccine Passport", either digital or printed and upon failure
to do so, entry will be denied. Reservations cancelled at checkin, due to failure to provide a valid
vaccination passport will pay the first night's accommodation.
On entering the motel office, all guests must wear masks and use sanitiser.
Our office and each unit has a QR code on the entry door/entry wall and guests must record their presence.
On departure we ask guests to leave their unit's doors and windows ajar.
Staff will stay a metre apart and wear facemasks when working inside units or when communicating with guests.
Additional cleaning and sanitizing methods have been adopted with disinfecting surfaces a major priority.
